Most likely ill leave it and just buy an HKS Exhaust!!! hahaha

Hey Jon.... I have the Stillen Lip... personally i think it looks great, but the mold quality on the piece is poor at best and actually had a body shop very familiar with customizing and body kits paint it and they said it was one of the most difficult ones they ever had to paint because of the mold release agent they use... just wanted to give you the heads up before you spend the $$$

Did not weigh it before install. However it was just slightly lighter than the stock hood, which is not that heavy anyways. Call nearest dealer or dealers online to find actual weight.

Educate me.
im pretty sure if i got the hood i would be in serious trouble considering i drive in some heavy rain at times, i am pretty sure something would get severly damaged. So i would be worried about water bothering the engine if i were you

I agree that mass-amounts of water on your engine is prally not good, but when u wash your car, dont u spray dow nthe engine bay? i do....and nothing ever seems to go wrong...yet.....

Other news, im getting ready to drop the G with some TEIN S-Techs, throw on the HKS Ti, JWT pop-charger, and MAAAAAAAYBE get me some wheels...

We shall see...

Wheels i like...any ideas?

- Speed Star Prof SP1's (black w/ polished lip)
- PIAA Super Rozza (hyper-black)
- VOLK SF Challenge (Mercury Silver)
- VOLK GT-V (gunmetal w/ polished lip)

Gxclusiv...how did you find where a local seibon dealer was?
I'm in the san fernando valley (so cal) area and in need of a new hood.
$475 is an incredible deal!

TOPSECRET2001 always come in and bashes whenever he sees a replica product. Most people are buying CF hood for looks, and $1700 for one is just way too much if the only advantages are rain guards and deeper vents. Seibon is also known to make good quality CF products. I never heard a complaint about Seibon before on numerous forums that I frequent...

Anyway, TS hood is definately my favorite. I wish I had enough money to buy it, but after doing a complete bodykit, I won't have enough money left over for it. Oh well.
