to get the headlight out of the car, you first need to take off the front bumper. then there are a couple bolts that hold the headlight in that you need to unscrew. finally, theres a clip under the headlight that connects all the wiring together that you need to unclip (pain). having the headlight out of the car will make this process MUCH easier. IMO, its worth taking it out rather than trying to maneuver between the car and headlight through this entire process.

i mounted the Ballast to the chasis in the engine bay using zipties.

the 6k low beams are what i refer to as "oem replacements". there isnt a discounted bundle, but you can also get these from Euro Optix.
