Hey guys ... i need your help ... im gettin my windows tinted next week .. and im not exactly sure how much tint i want .. so if you Black G owners could help me out and post pics of your Black G's with Tinted windows and please specify what kind and % ... thanks.

no.......i originally got 30%, and i regreted it big time...........go limo or 5% so you wont regret it. It is so much better.

 

lol but in Virginia ... i'll get ticketed everyday .. its an infest of cops out here ... especially where i live .... do u have a pic Truplay?

Are you trying to have him taken to jail? That isnt allowed by law. I forget what it is, but that is WAY too dark to be legal.

I have 35 percent on the sides, and 30 percent on the rear window only.

 

I got 25%. got ticketed just before leaving the states, and the cops meter said it was 15%. I got out of the ticket and I'll probably just leave it on. I definitely wouldnt go 5% on a daily driver, its difficult to back up at night with mine, 5% must be impossible.

TINT...the word is TINT....singular, TINT, plural, TINT...TINTS is a verb! Sory, stell haff wey thru my ferst cup of cofee...

 

Dude, the car is looking SEXY...gotta love those PIAA's! That picture to the one that convinced me of my PIAA's. Only one in Texas, as far as I know.

 

Here is a pic with 35%.

the G is 35% all around. The truck is 35% on the fronts and 5% on the back.

my 96 t-bird junker has 5% all the way around, never had any issues around here with the cops. I don't think they really care.

IMHO....the 5% is too dark for a classy car like the G.

 

No apologies! That always bothers me too just never chimed in cuz EVERYONE says tints!! URGH! I feel your pain!

PIcs below are 20% Tint and I have Graphite Interior so it looks darker. Also, with the moonroof open and the windows closed, it looks much lighter. All depends on where the sun is coming from. If it is shining in through the windshield, the tint will appear lighter.
