It should work on any car with power mirrors. It will be necesarry to have the service manual to find the wire colors for the car you want to install it on.

Yeah, a few people have done it in my area. Don't know about a diy other than the one on KPierson's site.

I did this mod and posted a DIY. I even posted a wiring diagram to save a lot of time trying to figure out which wires to use. It was a headache for me but with the wiring diagram it will be much easier.
