TINT scratched after rolling down windows

I waited 3 weeks before rolling down any windows. Just the other day, I rolled down all of them and rolled them back up (to get the inside weather strip back in place) The passenger side front window now has two parallel scratches barely a millimeter apart running all the way up the window!

I know they are scratches because I can feel them with my fingernail. They're not deep scratches at all, but I can feel them. What can I do?

Bring it back to the tint shop and have them fix it. Any reputable shop would give you warranty on their jobs. Thats why I only use Lumars Formula one tint on my cars. Lumars actually has a limmited life time warranty against scratching, fading, pealing, bubbling... just about anything. So no matter where you live, theres always a Lumars dealer in the area that would fix the tint.
