JGTC Vented Carbon Fiber Hood by 350Zonline
Homie,
How bout a power bulge
to accomodate a stillen sc since were talking about custom. There have been numerous posts of people looking for a good looking hood that could help fill your 10 hood minimum. Added bonus for the sc crowd is the functional venting, all we need is the added room in the center of the hood.
Anyone?

Good point, speedeezx. I'v heard that Stillen is comming out with a "Version 2" hood, if you will, for the G because they have heard and realized that their 1st hood wasn't a big hit and lose business because of it. I could see what I could do - but we'd probably wait until that hood was out...besides, what if both our ideas end up almost the same, then we have two hoods that look alike. Something different, and new is what we are looking for! I will keep it in mind and may go ahead and start looking into it. Until then, what do you think about the JGTC Style hood?

my sentiments exactly...
I personally like the style although not the hood if your going for the sleeper look, which I wanted to. The functionality of the vents, particularly with a sc under the hood and the heat generated by, overrides my want to be stealthy.
$300 would put me in but it would have to provide more than just cosmetic appeal.
It would be interesting to repost this as a possible hood for the Stillen unit just to gauge interest.

Here is a photoshop done by GodZilla35 of what the hood would look similar to. Its changed slightly from the 350Z hood. Any crictism is welcome, but try to stay pretty close to the original design. After we get this settled and if it does seem to be popular then maybe a hood to fit the Stillen SC would come about...
Thanks guys!
Im in but i would think the vents would have to be slightly larger(like the Seibon TS Hood) since the G35 hood is bigger than the 350Z at least in my eyes. You can count me in though cause the VQ engine does throw out tremendous heat and i want to keep it kool. Do they also mfg any gialla type grill in CF the only one i been able to find is Sylvia grille.
One thing is that if they dont come with rainguards or won't available in the future then you can count me out
