Custom Shifter

What is a good shifter kit to buy to replace the stock shifter in the g35 or do you suggest to keep the same shifter?

I am assuming you mean the shifter for the 6MT and not a shift **** for the AT.
If you need a shifter for the 6MT, there are only 3 companies I can reco.
