Hood phase III almost complete!!!! **Pics**

Just got some pics of the hood after it went in, it looks SICK!!!!! It's almost ready to go back on the car. One more little surprise and it'll be done. Can't wait.

Here's some pics of the progress.

Yes, it's the Seibon JS hood. Yeah I've seen a few TS hoods and with all the dips, the weave gets messed up. The JS weave is nearly flawless.

Nicely done, I like it. Did you check fitment prior to painting. G352NV had fitment problems with that style by Seibon.

Yeah we test fitted it and got all the kinks worked out, I posted some pics last week of it on the car.

It looks black in the pictures, but it's the CF. I left it unpainted and it will be cleared once it's all done. Yes it's the Seibon JS hood.

Told ya the hood would come out SICK! My painter (who by the way IS THE FREAKIN MAN!) and myself were on it for almost two hours last night putting down and removing tape to get it perfect. It was hard trying to keep the paint lines straight while still retaining the clean look of the CF weave (and keeping both sides uniform naturally). All in all, the end result (as you can see from the pics) speaks for itself! With the "little extra surprise" you have planned, it'll look even better!

The hoods baking as we speak, and it'll be buffed and glistening by tomorrow afternoon. I'll either stop by the shop and pick it up, or have it dropped off at PJ's later on that evening.

You're free to stop by anytime thereafter to slap this baby on! I think I'm more excited than you are!

Duc, I am in ur debt for all the help you have provided me over the last few months. If you ever need someone to pig out at PJ's, errr I mean cover shifts at PJ's let me know.

I may have to delay getting it on because they started ripping up my driveway and my G is in the garage.

I'll keep you posted so me and Steve can come down together.

Thanks a million!!!!

Me personally, no, but the body shop guy and ducatiguy did it last night.

Not sure on the lip but it'll be covered by the clear coat and will have a little surprise added as well. Once it's done it'll look like nothing anyone has done for their G, I promise you that.
