For those of you who have a clear bra, do you get chips on parts of the front end you wish were covered? (i.e. having a fully covered hood or fully covered fender?) I want to know if you're getting chips above your clear bra on the hood, or on your fenders where it's not covered. Thanks guys!

Got the 3m via Xpel. So far, one ship 4 inches from the windshield as well as two above the windshield (gravel falling from a freeway overpass).

 

On top of the damn hood and when you scratch the clear bra pretty bad you notice it. Anyone know if they will re bra the car??

 

lucky here ........no chips in the hood or fenders after my bra install ...i have a few "chips" in the bra itself where rocks must have hit hard.....i can only imagine how big a chip would be in my paint right now if it werent for the bra

 

I can tell you because I don't have it. And the answer is, A LOT. My friggin' bumper and hood look like they have been sandblasted. My car is black, so that does not help. But it seems an 04 with 28K miles has seen a lot of bad road...
