How do you remove trunk

Guys i was wondering how can i remove my 05 trunk because i want to swap it with a stock wing one. THanks

You have to pop the struts with a flat head. They will come right off. After that you'll have to unscrew the 4 bolts (2 each side) from the brackets to the trunk. These screws are a pain. We stripped em and had to replace em, which is fine because they are only like 95 cents at homedepot. After that, pop out the interior lining to the trunk and unplug the wiring harness. You should be all set.

If you're trading for a OEM wing, you know you will have to trade rear decks too right? The 3rd brake light is in the rear deck.
