Yuichi from KurumaZ is a great guy to deal with. Met him in person when I got my bumper. He said the same thing to me if I wasn't satisfied with my bumper on fitment issues which wasn't none to begin with.

I ordered the Kuruma bumper also, can't wait to get it. Also ordered a Stillen rear wing and I"m going to have them both put on at once. Hopefully the combination looks good.

Going to be a while before I get my bumper though, i got a call from KurumaZ yesterday letting me know that because I ordered the mesh it won't be shipping out until the end of next week. Apparently the bumper production is going fine but the custom mesh they're using is holding some orders back. Can't wait to see the finished product.

G352NV (Steve)- Didn't you inspect the bumper before you painted it? I don't see how another crack can happen... Please let me know and pm or call me
-----

Hye G - The bumper looks good!

To answer your question There are 3 main foam pieces(Left, Center, and Right side. The only one we keep is the center one. you need to cut the area where the tow hook is to run the center piece. So that the foam is not visible whent he bumper is on.

To secure the bottom you need to drill holes to line up with your bottom panel pieces for the bolt holes.. I recommend you do not run without those panels secured otherwise wind will blow them and drag them on the street while driving most likely.;/
-----

I want to stress the fact to anyone that receives their bumper to please inspect as soon as you receive it.Especially if there is shipping damage, fitment problems or any defects for whatever reason. If there are any issues please let me know ASAP and I will work to resolve it.

Feel free to PM, call or email if you have any other questions...

thanks in advance guys!

Yes it was inspected. BUT they filled the cracks with glaze coat then black primer. When the bumper bends the glaze does not. This causes it to crack in those spots. I PM'ed ya.

Are there installation instructions with this bumper? I thought it was just a straight "off with the old, and on with the new"? This is my first aftermarket bumper so forgive my autobody ignorance, but it sounds like there might be alot more to installing this than I thought.

What foam pieces are you talking about? The ones on the stock bumper?

Any tips from you guys with exerience? I would hate for my first bumper to be a $$$ nightmare.
