yeah the foam portion that goes around the tow hole needs to be cut off..

Most area's that are 10 years old or less . The curbs are rounded , so you can drive over them and they dont have to lower them for drive ways . Saves the city money when pouring streets . Makes it a pain if you have a sports car or a lowered car
