in relation to the topic, yes... anything can be modified according to whatever specs you want... the question is, how much will it cost and how well will the shop complete the task.

i've heard of e46 coupe members attaching authentic and replica m3 bumper. with the underhand of the front fenders, the enthusiasts used some type of blue urethane goop to fill in the gaps. once dried, it was hard and consistent just like urethane and just grinded away the excess material.
