i just put the silvia parts grille on my car within 3 days of highway driving it started CHIPPING like crazy!!
I have about 5 chips on my black SP grille about the size of the tip of a double A battery .. now i realize why the grille was so damn cheap ... oh well at least the eyelids look awesome and they came painted. That's the only plus I can give you about SP products besides the fact that the shipping was prompt and quick.

sp is not bad quality.. in fact it looks almost identical to the real one. The thing that most people complain about is the paint and that only applies if you bought it pre painted. But if you just get the grill and paint it yourself at a reputable shop, you should be good to go.. and save yourself $150. UTR u can check their website.. unlimitedtuningracing.com i think.. or something like that

I suspect that the chipping paint is a result of cheap paint or a paint job that is not that good. I have seen a couple of G's with the SP Grille and it is pretty much indistinguishable from the Gialla grille. If you take it to a quality paint shop, you should be good to go. I just bought the SP Grille and am taking it to the paint shop tomorrow. Even in raw, unpainted form, it looks really nice.
