Can this be fixed myself?

Got in the car today and decided to open the sunroof (can't remember the last time I opened it) to let the heat out. The damn thing was squealing like a pig!!! Can I lube the slider myself with W2 or I have to let the dealer handles that? I have an appointment this Saturday for oil change, so maybe I should bring that up while the car is in shop. Anybody has the same problem? And what did you do to fix it? Thanks.

Yea they'll do it but if you got grease, go ahead and lube it yourself. btw...it's WD40, not W2. You're thinking of your taxes. haha WD40's a quick fix. Actual grease is for the long run

Yeah, I meant WD40. Guess the heat fried my brains.

I had the same problem and took it to dealer to get it fix
it's fine now so you should be able to get it fix on Sat when you get your
car oil change...
