How do you remove the sunroof buttons peice?

I am trying to take out that peice with the sunroof controls and glasses storage peice.

I looked but don't see any screws; Do I just pull?

Your help is very much appreciated, thanks!

I believe you just pull. I had that whole area taken off when I hardwired my radar detector up top. You can pull back the lining but be careful. I remember it was a pain to put it back.

That's exactly why I wanted to take mine off...so I can run my x50 hardwire chord.

I want to make sure that before I pull, it is the correct way to do so without hearing something snap

Well you may hear some snapping but its just the connecting pieces and how they fit into each other. I wired the x50 into the passenger side a-pillar btw.

How come you ran it through the pass. side? I thought it would make more sence to tap into power in the drivers side then run it straight up and across to the center?
