Leather Shift boot

I have a 2003 G35 Sedan automatic. I was wondering, I really like the style of the shift **** on the 2005 automatic (Leather down the base of the ****). Is there a way to do this on my car? Or am I stuck with the ugly shifter?

I'm sure it's possible. Get a leather boot and see if you can wrap it around that round silver plastic piece.
