Serious Problems With Air Ventilation

Hey guys,

I've searched for this problem but I couldn't find a thing.

I just found out that my vents will blow hot air from 61 degrees+ and only blow hot air when I set the temperature at 60F. This is a must! I don't understand why it's doing this. It's 70 degrees outside and I'm setting my internal temperature to 61F and it's blowing out hot air. As soon as I bring it down 1 degree to 60F, I feel the cool air coming through the vents. WTF is going on?

Anyone have this problem before?
Thanks in advance for any help.

Did you happen to do a DD install, if so there is a wire or some sort of harness under the steering wheel somewhere that may have gotten unhooked. This would cause what you are describing

I believe its a white harness next to the head unit, but under the panel under the steering wheel. Hope this helps

No prob man, glad you got it working. I just remember this problem when people first started doing dd install and were having this trouble and this came up and it stuck in my mind cause when I did my DD install I made sure not to unplug it
