bolting yes the wiring will have to be redone

wiring only needs to be redone if you want the lights to work. i have an o4 and i dropped an o6 wheel in.

There are a couple of threads from guys that have swapped to an 05-06 steering wheel and connected the lighting.

So as long as you dont care about the buttons on the 06 wheel lighting up, it is all plug and play when switching from a 03 wheel?

This sounds too good to be true!
