Is it possible to switch out the ENTIRE interior grip handle from '03 -'04 with '05+?

Is it possible to switch out the ENTIRE interior grip handle from '03 -'04 with '05+?
I did a search and could only come up with talk about switching the whole PANEL. I also came up with good info on how to buy a new CAP. But I just like the '05-'06 look better and they were careful to place the aluminum cap INSIDE of the grip handle to avoid scratching.

Does any know if the whole handle can be swapped out? Thanks.

I just wanted to know if i could buy if from the dealer but I can come up with something im sure. As a matter of fact, I'm getting an idea right now...lol

Very soon, sir on the LEDS. Im just in the R&D stage. Basically I drive with em on every chance I get to test longevity.
