I was treating all the leather in my car (06 sedan) and I was wondering what the material covering our dash/small parts of the doors is? Is it ok to use leather cleaner and conditioner on it? Or does anyone have any other recommendations?

 

Are you talking about the simulated leather dash/door panels? I believe they are made from some sort of vinyl. You can use any interior shine/protectant such as AeroSpace 303.

I usually apply it and then wipe it off so my dash isn't shiny/sticky.

 

Ah yes, that is what I was talking about. I knew it wasn't leather but I couldn't figure out exactly what it was. Do any major stores carry Aerospace 303? I've heard it praised alot on this website but have never seen it at any of the stores I frequent.
