Perforated door trim loose at top
Perforated door trim loose at top
The perforated section of black trim on the door panels is loose at the very top, just in the middle of the panel. Anybody else experience this?
It's almost unnoticeable and it looks like I could easy fix it with a little glue of some kind (epoxy? superglue?) if I could get the glue back behind the trime. Seems like a little thing to bring it to the dealer for, but I do have about a month and change before my warranty expires.

I have the exact same problem. Have not fixed it yet but was going to use some gorilla glue or black silicone.

Oddly enough, its on the passenger side door on mine. The driver's side is fine.
I have the same problem with my 03 G35 sedan, passenger front door and left rear. I have the extended warranty on this vehicle and the Dealer refuses to fix it. I have wrote and sent pics to Nissan's top CEO, Carlos Ghosen and was declined the repair due to trim wear & tear. The problem is not wear & tear, but failure of the glue backing. The interior on this vehicle should last longer than 5-years!! My car is not abused and my interior is failing before my eyes!!! I believe the early 03 Models had issues with quality of materials used on the interior. Any suggestions?
