lol, yup! you and i always seem to have parallel projects i might abandon this and just go for the igt steering wheel. ive been trying to see one in person before i pull the trigger though.

Any updates on this? Especially with the g37 wheel controls working perfectly to adjust radio and cruise control?

I want to do this as swap as well but don't want to go afterafter. Want to keep it infiniti-genuine.. lol

 

I have a 2010 G37 steering wheel on a 07 G35s sedan. Car has the tech package and everything works perfectly. I got it under warranty due to the paint chipping and premature leather wear.

Im gonna attempt to do the steering wheel conversion this week...with working volume controls and cruise controls... crossing my fingers it goes as planned...also sent out the steeering wheel to get orange stitching like the g35....wish me luck

 

man best i stay with my old looking wheel was thinking of getting the 07 wheel for $90 but if the controls don't work no sense ,does anyone know if the 04 airbag will fit in the 07 wheel??? guess not

The big is will the airbag work. Style is cool, but so is seeing it in the future...

 

Finally had the time install the steering wheel let me know what you guys think? Im working on the wiring now wish me luck....

 

So i just finished wiring up this steering wheel I copied the harness from the g35 on to the g37 steering wheel and everything so far work cruise control comes on and off with the correct button it lights up too down side it lights up white but no worries easy to change the color....( another project) ... my train horn works correctly () not with the volume button like mention before from another member.

 

I took a picture of it in the dark so you guys could see that it does light up..
