I seem to have developed a rattle in this area of my dash, applying pressure to the face seems to stop it, but, I put some felt between the faceplate and the LCD, and that doesn't stop it. So, I'm thinking it's the LCD unit itself that is rattleing, anyone had this one? This is the only rattle I've had in this car in 1 1/2 years. It's more of a slight "knock" sound, no squeak or anything, sounds like something is loose back there. I took it by the dealer and he checked the screws on the face plate, they were tight. I guess it could be a vent.........as well.
Oh, and on another note, I seem to have made a couple of really small scratches in the screen messing with it, any suggestions? I don't know if plastic polish would work, I don't want it to be shiny.

 

Well, got this rattle taken care of, it wasn't the area I posted, there was a loose upper dash bolt, they tightened that, no more rattle!!
