Metal shift handle owners please enter

I'm looking for some feedback on an idea. A lot of us have metal shift handles on our shifters. These things can get really hot in the summer and a bit cold in the winter. There's probably not much that can be done about the cold in the winter. But definitely in the summertime if you can cover the **** with something to keep the sun off it the **** stays much cooler. When i looked i could only find one cover specifically made for covering a shifter handle. And it's custom made to fit the Tommy Kaira Hebi Bebi shift ****.

But $122 for this is quite steep. How many of you might be interested in a nice looking stitched cover to put over your shifter handle while your car is parked to keep it cooler in the summer and possibly a little warmer in the winter?

If feedback on the idea is pretty positive i can see about putting some prototypes together and post pictures on here. Thanks for stopping in and possibly giving your opinion

Go to a custom leather shop and have them make a deerskin bag for it in the same color of your interior.

Or you could just use one of your old sweat socks....
