how to remove coupe rear middle section?

hi.. i was wondering if anyone knows how to remove the rear middle section (plastic) piece of the coupe. thanks.

if you are referring to the rear cupholder section that seperates the rear seats then you need to remove the whole lower rear seat section

roll your seats forward, stradle the hump in the floorboard in the center of the back, grab the lower portion of the seats cushions and pull up...it's held in by two big metal clips if i remember correctly....ps don't forget to feed the seats belts/buckles through the lower portion before you remove the lower cushions...once it is out, turn it upside down and you will see a thin metal rod that the cupholders are clipped onto....took me about 10 mins the first time i tried HTH

did you add a middle seat when you took this out or why would you need to take it out?

i swapped out the middle section from a graphite interior and replaced it on my stone interior
