is this plausible? I mean, I know there are harnesses to be made and such (which I'm decently good at), but will it work? Does the seat only need power (and the closed circuit to the airbag, of course)? Does the seat bracket match the 04s?

plus the fact that my leather in the 04 is falling apart....can I upgrade my seat bottoms to a 2006 and place the top of the 04 seat on the 06 bottom? That's my other question. I can get the bottoms for free from my family's auto parts yard as long as the airbag is popped in them.

 

I have already swapped mine for from 2004 seats to 2006 but I have not completed wiring been looking for help on that part but no one has any info or will not share. But they bolt right up

 

I want to know if I can put a 2004 seat back on a 05+ seat bottom...I know the seats will bolt up flawlessly. The harness isn't that hard... if/when I find the layouts, I'll post them here.
