backseat removal

backseat removal

i've looked all over trying to figure out how to lift up the lower portion of the backseats. a couple of post on here just say lift straight up. i've yanked on it with some pretty good force. but afraid to yank any harder. anyone have any idea how to lift them? installing ipod connection btw..

^Its tough but I eventually got it out. Mine was angled forward a little when it finally released.

Thanks for all the good advice. I'm pretty sure god himself was hanging on to the other side of the seats but I finally got it. I'm about to start the tunneling under the carpet portion of the install.

LOL glad you got it, and yes those clip are VERY strong i had a hard time too

funny mine wasnt hard at all? the clips just came out, and the seats lifted straight up
