Fitting Sport Seats?

Has anyone managed to fit sport seats to the original motorised frames? had a look at the manual and it looks like the seats can be removed leaving the motorised slider/tilt mechanism in place.
So I'm wondering if anyone has done this? any pics info?

Dig all the sand out of your vagina and maybe ask in the INTERIOR forum....

You'd probably have better result asking there.

Yes, we do. But, I haven't done this. Have you tried contacting the place where you intend on purchasing the seats from??

Well excuse me for being new here, kind of makes you feel all warm and fuzzy inside when you get such pleasant replies!

My whole point in asking here was to get some feedback first hand, also i wouldn't trust anyone else to do the job but myself, i doubt anywhere in the UK will have had any experience fitting sport seats to a G35.

Yes the handbrake is a quirky Japanese design trait, its the same on the 350Z as well, don't forget the G35 was originally designed in Japan as the Skyline 350GT as a RHD car.

Thanks! there not bad, i am living with them for a while, if i don't find them suitable, i will sell them on, and get something else.
The blue shifter boot was just a bit of alcantara i had left over, as the original boot was kind of tatty.
