C Pillar Vibration from Exhaust??

Hey guys I have topspeed exhaust and my C pillars on each side in the back seat vibrate from the tone of my exhaust. I was wondering if any of you guys have had the same problem and what did you do about it? Any comments or suggestions please? Thanks.

So I was thinking maybe some dynamat would fix the problem. I took my C pillar apart and checked everything out. VERY SLIM room for any type of padding to go in there so i dont think padding it will work. Any other suggestions anybody?
