Please help with Window

My girlfriends car is having an issue with her drivers side window ('04 G35 coupe). It started working off and on about 7 months ago and gave out completely 2 weeks later. I replaced the window motor. It worked perfect, same as when she got it. Auto-up worked, open the door and it would drop 1/4" until the door closed. No issues for 2 months. Same thing happened again. Brought the motor back under warrenty and figured it must have been bad. Replaced it and everything worked fine until 2 weeks ago. So I'm currently getting ready to replace the 3rd motor (in 7 months). The question I have is, what else could cause this? Replacing the motor fixes the issue but with 3 motors gone bad something has to be making the motor go bad? I'm thinking the window switch isn't turning the power off to the motor correctly causing it to go bad. Also could be the regulator. Before I tear it apart and try to tell whats not turning power off has anyone else solved this issue? I did do a search and found some who had similar problems but no one who answered what the fix was.

Also, anyone know where to get a new window switch without paying the dealership $340? I tried ebay but can only find the master switch for the sedan.

Can a mod move this to the coupe section? I placed this in here by accident...
