PIAA's sound good to me then, but still hoping to see some pics and waiting on codeflux's review of his Vision Bulbs. btw, the Vision Bulbs are xenons, what kind are the PIAA's and what difference does it make. i don't want to have it overheat and meltthe housing or something...
only thing attracting me to the Vision Bulbs more is their claim that the wattage and everything is exactly the same as the stock ones..lol

The PIAA's are not xenon, they're regular halogen. The bulbs are so small, I'm not sure what benefits you'll notice from the xenon gas. No worries about the heat they generate. I've had them in my sedan for over two years and I've had zero problems.

). Anyways, I'm tired of my stock yellowish bulbs and I can't wait until I can get these white bulbs in there...pretty sure they'll complement the car nicely

Ohhh, alright. Thanks Cru, those look great! I think I'll go off and buy these soon. Did you get them off PIAA's website or at a store? So let me get this right, I'm going to need: 2 twin packs of the 168 bulb and 1 (2?) twin pack(s) of the T6 bulb?

Okay so anyways, I swung by Super AutoBacs and picked up the PIAA's. Got home and installed the maps with minimal problems. However, the rear map lights are hard as hell to get out...how the heck is this supposed to be done
? I can open one side up, but the other side seems to get jammed and I can't pull any further...and the manual shows taking the screw out, but I can't even pull it out enough so that a screwdriver would fit in that tiny space to screw that small screw out...input please.

. I'll post some pics sometime this weekend. Still need help on the rear maps though...so if anyone has done it before can you help...lol...
P.S. How're these door step lights supposed to turn off? My friend told me to just leave it open and it should automatically turn off in about 2 minutes but it's been like 30 already...
