Rubber Floor Mats? I am going on a trip to Lake Tahoe & Mammoth

Should I buy Infiniti All-season floor mats, flip-over my original mats, or buy cheap generic mats like these? v v v v v

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...RK%3AMEWA%3AIT

I am not going to use them very often, only on trips like this. I don't want to spent a lot If the alternatives will work fine. Thanks!

If you only use them a couple times, get cheapo carpeted mats from kragen or take out the mats and put down some Paper Bags to soak up the mud. But if you have a 6MT, it could cause problems.

Just spend 75 bucks and get the proper mats. you'll have them as long as you have the car and probably pay for them with the way they'll keep your car clean when it's time to sell.

I have the OE mats & switch them out on the weekends when I go boarding. (I prefer the look of the carpet mats for daily driving)

On Friday I forgot the switch & ended up in a snowy/slushy/grimy parking lot w/ my carpeted mats. I just flipped my mat over & "bam" rubber mat.

Get the OEM they will look waaaay better than any a/m crap.....but if it's just for once or twice a year...flip em.

Get them. I took the OEM mats that came with the car, the day I picked her up. Wanted to keep them new for when the time comes to sell the car. I swapped them with a pair of A/S.

what about these YES essentials mats
http://xweb4.milliken.com/YEW/

They look like they might be a good compromise, as they look like carpet, but seem to be as weather resistant as the all weather ones

I purchased factory all-season mats and placed them over the carpet mats that came with the car. I took the driver's side carpet out though. Much cleaner inside and without having to worry about staining the stone interior mats. Worth every penny and will use them year "all-season".
