Hey what's up, I'm heading to Tokyo/Narita Japan soon and was wondering If anyone has the slightest idea where I could go and get some parts to bring back, and if it's actually worth buying over there, would I save big money?

I dont know, but im sure you won't find the answers your looking for in this "2008 G35 Coupe" section...

The Regional forums might be a bit more helpful

Dude head out to the nearest junkyard you can find. You will be surprise with what you can get in those places. You can get seats, engines, rims all in prestine condition. They can ship it out to you for addition fee but believe me it's woth it. Now if you want new parts just ask the around I'm sure people can direct you to the nearest goodies store.

I'd be surprised if a lot of them speak English...you would think a lot of people would know how to speak it, but when I was in Japan, hardly anyone could speak English. Even though they probably learn in it high school, they are either too shy to even try or don't have enough practice.

Good luck though.

You're not going to have much luck with anyone speaking english there. You could get lucky, but highly doubtful.

What is your trip plan like? Where will you be staying? Tokyo is over an hour away from Narita. There are lots of performance shop in Tokyo/Yokohama/Chiba. heck, you can check out C1 (Tokyo Express High Way=Shuto Ko) around 3~4am to see some kick *** cars going over 150~200mph. Check out Daikoku P.A (Highway rest area by Bay Bridge).

You will most likely not see any English speaker at junk yard. But you could try "used parts" store. Most of them are in mint condition.

What exactly are you looking for? I might be able to help direct you to the right place.

I live in the states but I'm from there.
