Exclamation xenon problem need help asap

hey guys. i have a problem with my xenons i put after market 8000k bulbs in and now, 4 months later, my left side is giving me problems. sometimes my bulb turns off and then i have to turn my lights on and off to get them to work. also when i turn my lights on my left hid takes longer to fade in then my right.

i think i need new bulbs or is it maybe a ballast problem.

im going to order new bulbs today, how can i change them easy
can i change my hid bulbs from the engine bay or do i need to do it from the fender wall

thats why you should stay away from those kits. bulb quality are questionable, stay with philips or osram.
