Teaser of my new 2006 headlights from clearcorners.com

They're complete and being shipped out. I should get them installed in another week and a half. Enjoy these for now. These are the first modified '06 projector lamps for the G35 Coupe by clearcorners.com. You know the fun part about being first? Only took about a year! :caged:

headlights should turn out very nice though (i would hope so considering how much they charge )

I like the Halo Look that comes off the projectors.
I would say the cut to add in the strip light looks very rough.
Apart from that they look pretty good.

And I want a gold plated toilet. You're going to have to wait about 2 weeks, that's why I said teaser. They're being shipped right now and I'll be able to get them installed about a week later. I already had them do my '05 lamps, I wanted to step up to projectors.

That is correct. I meant these are the first set done by clearcorners.com. Sorry, had to quote you anyway.

And people say the same thing about my JDM fog lights, ripoff. But I can't sit there and justify the cost of a body kit when 20-100 other people have the exact same kit. At least this gives me something unique and functional.

Thats not the lens.. thats just the silver coating beneath the lens.

A few notes for those interested:
1) These were obviously the first prototype lights we developed for Sean. We were trying real hard to ship them out before this weekend's Z/G meet, so that Sean could install them on his car as we already found a buyer for his used 03-05 color-matched LED lamps. So, we busted buns to try to get everything completed and shipped via FedEx overnight shipping. That, plus snapping the pictures and updating our website.

2) We actually missed the cutoff for FedEx's last express pickup, and still have the lamps! We'll go ahead and spend a bit of extra time cleaning up that tiny imperfection, no biggie. Thanks for pointing out those details though guys, keep the comments comming!

3) As for those who call us ripoffs and are saying mean things to be jerks. Well, thats fine.. it doesnt bother me. We charge what we charge because we not only believe in our work, but our customers believe in us and our fabrications. We take the time to make things right. We put a lot of heart and dedication into everything that passes through our office.

If you dont care about the above, and just want things quick and cheap.. no problem, there are other companies that will gladly take your money and modify your headlamps to look like Frankenstein's head -- search through the forums, there's plenty of horror stories to chose from.

One question about something I noticed with the headlights.

Do the turn signal bulbs turn on at the same time as the srip light ala 05 and under headlights?

06 headlights does not use a dual filament for their turn signal to double as a parking light.

Are you using the city lights circuit to activate the lights on the CFL strip?

Why remove the city lights?
