is it safe to use 8000k with the stock harness?

 

yes youll be fine

you can go 12000k if you want

thats just a color temperature...

be warned that your light output will be affected with 8000k

even with 6000k...but i <3 my 6000k

 

i attempted to install the bulbs today.. and man were they a b!tch. i'm gonna dedicate a full day because i didn't have nearly enough time.

 

anyone locally can help with an install? i'll pay.. lol please let me know

i tried to take out the ballast.. but it just didn't want to come out.. is there a special way of removing it? i tried turning right and left and also straight back.. didnt seem to budge at all.
