everythingg35.com '06 headlights, I'm worried!!!

I ordered projection headlights from everythingg35.com aka scottsdale infiniti. I bought bulbs seperatly only to find out my 7440/7443, 7443 bulbs and bulbs from my old car, and they all don't fit. I gave my lights a second look over to discover they are wy21w bulbs. From what I see these are JDM sockets. I can't wait to go back down stairs and check the beam pattern...... crossing my fingers.

I haven't contacted everythingg35.com aka scottsdale infiniti yet but plan to, just want to warn you group buy guys and anyone else looking into these!

7440 & 7443 bulbs are not the same and not interchangalble.
7440 are single filament (fits 06)
7443 are dual filament (fits 03-05)

No its not your fault its posted in every forum, every site, everywhere, that they are 7440 bulbs, and they will fit and function if you mod the base of the bulb. I guess wy21w are ECE/jp. spec. bulbs. The cut-offs are correct, and everything else is fine. I just want to warn people buying bulbs after the fact.

Yeah..... The wedges on the bulb wont let it slide in the socket. Its like the socket or bulb is flipped 180.

Perhaps you just need to push harder. On the 06' housings I bought from the dealer, it was pretty hard to push the 7440 bulbs in. I figured I just had to break in the "virgin" sockets. After some struggling, the bulbs popped in. And once they popped in, they were easy to put another bulb in, as I later changed the clear 7440 to some PIAA mirror orange 7440. Those slipped right in.

Maybe your right, but I felt as if I was going to break the bulb in my hand.
