Replacing all 4 bulbs, quick way?

Hey I read somewhere before, there is a way to change the light bulbs, quick and easy, something to do with turning the wheels to the right?

Anyways, I was wondering if this method would work if my hand's arent exactly small? And is it for changing all 4 bulbs?

I got aftermarket 6k bulbs, d2s = 06 coupe right?

and h4 yellow bulbs..

these are the right bulbs for an 06 g35 right?

Is there a step guide somewhere I can find on how to take out and install bulbs?

h4s are for 03-05 headlights, 06 uses h1s so you got the wrong bulbs, next time check your manual before purchasing

Bulbs sizes I don't know, but easy way is to turn the wheels, pop the plastic open and do it from there. Even more easy, get the wheel off you'll see more inside the housing when installing the bulbs (my way, more work, but less time and yes easy to see if the clips to hold the bulbs in the right spot).

H4 is for 03-05 model years......

Unfortunately, there is no real quick way......

Turn your wheels to the right, and jack the car up so that the wheel is almost off the ground,
remove the 5-6 plastic plugs in the front portion and top of the inner wheel liner,(the wheel liner is in two halves, front and back), and remove the two small screws on the upper lip of the fender....This will allow you to separate and pull the front portion of the liner down to access the back of the headlight assemblies

that should give you alot of room to get in the area.......

Once your in the well, you will see the connections for each of the bulbs....the low beam and the fog should have a circular cover that unscrews..this gives you access to the connectors.

The fog bulb is held in place with a spring clip....you squeeze it together, and it will drop down so you can remove the bulb....DO NOT TOUCH ANY OF THE BULBS WITH YOUR FINGERS....the oils on your hands will shorten the life of the bulbs....

I haven't changed out the HID bulb yet, so someone else will have to explain that to you.....

It saves a lot of time having to remove/install the wheel....

Check out this DYI for a sedan, it is very similar to what you asked, the liner doesn't have to be totally removed as shown on the sedan....you just pull it down and work in between the fender and the liner.......

Good luck

to pull out the clearance light, just twist the back of the bulbs and pull it out. Pull it out is much easier than put it back.

this might help

If you look near the top of the headlight assembly, you should see a red and a black wire, follow those wires and you will find a long black plastic tab, at least 3 or 4 inches long.....that is the socket assembly for the clearance bulb....
just give it a quarter turn and out it comes. Remember the way you took it out, because it can be a PITA to get back in.

Good luck
