Headlight bulb is fine still not working

I'm going nuckin futs,

My HID bulb went out on my passenger side so i called the dealer. $220 for the bulb and $100 for the labor. So I ordered some online and did it myself. I put the bulb in and still no light. I then took that bulb and tested it on the other side and the bulb is fine. Has anyone had this issue? I checked the fuses but couldnt find any for the headlights and the wires seem to all be connected.

Any information would help,
Thanks in advance,

Probably the ballast then, replace that and see if it fixes the problem

This sucks

Well I took it to big "O" and had them run their diagnostics machine on it (all for a damn headlight) and they couldn't figure it out, they said it was some console under the dash ($75 dollars later). So I'm giving up and taking it to the dealership. They might rip me off but they know what the hell they're doing atleast.

Lesson learned: My G35 isn't a 79 ford pickup that i can fix myself

cpu

It was a console issue, the system had to be reset and all works fine now. At least i have two new 8k bulbs out of this headache.

Does that count as my first G35 modification?

Last time i had a bulb problem it was moisture inside the ballast where the harness plugs into it. Keep that in mind for future reference.
