Lighting question x2

Sorry guys, I searched for a while, got distracted, read TONS of great installs in the DIY areas, shopped for a few new goodies for my G, and almost forgot the 2 questions I had....

1) In replacing the fogs and high beams on an 03 G Coupe, which color temp will be the closest match to the stock HID's? H4 for the high beams, what for the fogs?

2) Interior lighting: I HATE ORANGE. I'm so sick of looking at my orange dash lighting.... Is there a mod for this? I'd SO prefer blue, or white...

Thanks all!

1) h4 bulbs are dual filament. these bulbs serve as both your fogs and high beams. as far as color temp, same color temps yield different colors for different brand bulbs...suck try some piaa xtreme whites. they aren't super white...but neither are the stock HIDs

2) search better..

Yes. Accordfreak has changed his dash lights to blue. He is local too. Maybe I should do it.

to match the stock HIDs you need to get 4100k bulbs.

You can try 4350- 4750temp....I have used the MTEC super whites, 4350 temp and they match pretty well, but leave a real blue look in the reflector..

I changed them out to the 4750 temp, but I think they give off less light.
My avatar is the 4750 Cosmic white bulbs....the attached is a couple shots of the Super whites....both on and a shot with the blue reflection in the housing.
