Driver side headlight aimed higher?

hey guys, i know this is probably normal for our headlights since i see a lot of pictures of cutoffs on the forum and it always seems as though it is not completely even. it bothers me that the driver side headlight is aimed higher than the passenger side, at least on my car it does. is there a logical explanation for this? anyone else experiencing what i'm talking about? my buddies that drive in front of me always complain about the driver side being too bright/blinding. any thoughts?
