ok, got a couple more questions, on the bottom projectors did you have to extend the housing, and what did you use to mount them, like what type of material, thickness, galvanized stuff like that.
also where would i get a 400v diode, would radio shack have them, also what do they look like

radio shack has them for some ridiculous price $2 for a pair. I found it on ebay for 5 cents a piece. Just got 40 + shipping for $5
I did extend the housing in the rear using a ABS reducer from the heating duct section of homedepot
It's thin and you just cut the reducing part and use the larger diameter part painted black.
To mount I cut the metal plates that they use for reinforcing wood joints. It comes with holes on them, sometimes it's useful. To fasten just use appropriate sized nuts and bolts.

what did you use to cut the metal, if you dremeled, what type of bit/blade, also what type would cut aluminum
also this may sound like a stupid question but im looking for some 5000k bulbs, where do you buy new bulbs from, looked on ebay but none seemed legit or actual new bulbs

good luck finding 5000K bulbs, there is a group buy going on but you need to be a premier member to get in on it for the philips 5000k.
I use 85122+ and you could get it on ebay with right amount of research.
to cut metal you need the fiber reinforced cutting disk, it looks like carbon fiber and comes 20 dollars a pack of 20.
