Yeah, 93 Euros per bulb means about 150 USD per bulb. I finally just went with the CM's at XenonFactory. Right now it looks like they've dropped their prices to $200/pair, which is almost fifty less than I paid for my set last year:

BTW, I love the color of these lamps - not too blue or ricey, and I still get a decent amount of light output.

From my understanding the CX is 5000k and the CM is 4900K and the CM is also made to resist color shift much like the 85122+ just at a higher K temp. I've not heard that, resisting color shift is part of the CX package. Inly that it's "similiar" to the CM. I've done a search on hidplanet and nothing was concrete.

This page seems to be discussing it. Try a page translator though. http://www.bmwpassion.com/forum/show...t=99673&page=2

I really could care less about colorshift resist. I would prefer not to have that feature. Anyways, looks like I will be ordering them soon.
Paul... based on those pics you posted on HID Planet, there is quite a bit of difference between the two.
Ill go ahead and post pics here for the G community to see.

No sure what you mean. But isn't that the main difference between the 85122 and the 85122+ the 85122+ resists the colorshift while the 85122 over time goes towards the 5k range.
