Changing rear lense bulbs

Got to replace a bulb in the rear of my 03 Coupe, and want to try for a quick tip before I go out there and break something. I get that way

Anyway I see some plastic clip-rings which appear to be what I need to remove but they just spin and go nowhere. If I pull any harder on the carpet trim, something is going to break, tear, or both. I don't want that.

The bulb I need to access is the basic rear lamp on the side. Thanks

if you are talking about the ones that hold the cargo mat, there is a small slit for you to insert a flat head screw driver. You can pop it out just like a normal clip.

^^^^Like he said. Just turn that clip until you see the slit. Goodluck.
