residue build up on headlights 04

will the dealer replace headlights if they have a resiude build up on the inside of the headlight.. i haved an 04

got a warranty? call the dealer and ask em if the warranty covers it if it dont they will replace it but you will have to pay for it just like anything else.

3m sells a plastic polish at most auto parts stores. i used this on my 03 headlights before upgrading to the 06.

edit. didnt read fully about "inside" the headlights.

id say upgrade to some 06's

i used this companies kit for my 03, and they are clear as new...the kit came with simple instructions easy to follow. Hope this helps

I dont know if this is the case with your lights, but sometimes, what seems to be on the inside of the lights comes off with plastic cleaners such as 3M or Meguirs.
