Color Mod

Hey guys, I had a question about the color mod. I know you swap out the fresnal lense with that of another vehicle, i.e. like the tsx lense or 2k lense and install it on your current projector, and you can also elminate the heat/cut offshield. but i saw in one of the diyers i think it might have been ivory's about the color mod where he has a video of the mod and he's able to change the color/light output lights in the car. I was wondering if there is a control module for this or can you only change it before it's completely installed. I have ran a search on this and came up with nothing, I hope you guys know.

This is the vid link if this helps any: http://smg.photobucket.com/albums/v6...MOV03368-1.flv

There isn't a module, it is the cutoff, it has a colored gradient, like a rainbow, and when you view it at different angles it has a different hue. In the two images below, (these are ivory's pics, hope you didn't mind), if you look at the cutoff, below the cutoff is white which is your lighting on the road, and above is a gradient of a blueish green to a a intense blue to purple.

yea...its the color gradient due to the spacing. nothing you can adjust without adjusting the spacing.

Well correct me if I'm wrong but how is the color changing in a still position in the video? I understand it changed colors hues within different angles you look at it but the video shows a still angle the whole time with a transformation of different hues.

He's rotating the camera so its changing heights to view the cutoff, its very slight but you can tell. Here's a vid of my colormodded projectors to show you the same thing

ok...

The reason you barely saw my camera moving is because it was against the wall and the projector was about 10 feet away, meaning the colorband is quite thin still and only slight change in height of the camera will capture the colors.

if you listen the static sound is actually the camera rubbing against the dry wall. :P
