Why 2006+ HID lights ???

I search and couldn't find anything on why people would buy 2006+ for the 2003-2005 HID lights. How are there 2006 HID compared to 2003-2005 lights. Please someone tell me ????

they'll work just fine. And I'm speaking about the coupes headlights/ballasts.

I'm not much of a DIY'er and I handled the swap quite well, even when doing it at night! lol

Direct plug & play.

HID lamps produce a large quantity of light in a small package in comparison with incandescent and fluorescent sources. It's typically used when high levels of light are required over large areas and when energy efficiency and/or long life are desired such as headlights

Projector lights give a broader and clearer view range. Its basically a mechanical device used to beam light by focusing light through a system of lenses. They usually consists of a light source, a reflector that focuses light rays, a condensing lens, and a projection lens. This give that mid-line effect if you were to look at projectors on a stationary obeject I believe

My 2005 has HIDs, just no projectors; Hence, the reason why poeple with 2003-2005 swap em out of 06+. Newer and better... cant go wrong

Hope this helps

Be advised that only the clearance strip bulb from the 03-05 headlight housings will transfer to the 06 housings. You will need new d2s , H1, and 7440 bulbs.

Anything else?
