paint question.

I'm wanting to paint the clear blinker lens yellow on the 06 projector headlights.. I know alot of people want to flame, but that hasnt stopped me before

Pick up some overlay vinyl in yellow from Bat, or use stained glass translucent paint

i was going to do the overlays, but i'm afraid it might burn since i would have to place it on the inside of the lens since the outside isnt smooth

are your blinkers wired to stay on all the time as DRL's? If not, the overlays should be ok, becuase the light isn't on all the time and wouldn't generate enough heat to melt it.

I'm not sure.. I havent installed them yet. i know the 03-05 blinkers stay on though, i don't know if they made a change for the 06 lights
