fastest way to change the small bulb on the side of 04' headlights

how do we change the bulb in the 04' headlights..the one on the side that looks like a line..thanks

Turn your wheel inward! Helps if you jack the car up cuz it moves the wheel away for more room.

Either turn the wheel or take your wheel off. Peel the liner back and work your way from there.
